A few words from the organizers
Why this event is for you!
This workshop is for Global Mobility professionals who want to better understand how AI is changing our field and what to do about it. You do not need to be a tech expert. You just need to be curious, open-minded, and ready to think about the future of your work.
We know the pressure to keep up with new tools and trends can feel overwhelming. That’s why we have designed a practical, no-nonsense workshop that helps you make sense of it all. You will explore what AI can (and cannot) do in Global Mobility, work through real examples, and figure out how these changes fit with your own goals and your organization’s needs.
Over two days, you will take part in expert-led sessions, hands-on activities, and peer discussions — all with one aim: helping you leave with a clear, useful plan you can actually put into practice.
This workshop is not another one fueling the AI hype train! It is designed to get you ready for what is next and make sure you are in a position to lead the way.

Bridging Technology, People, and Strategy

This innovative workshop offers Global Mobility professionals a hands-on, research-backed approach to understanding how Artificial Intelligence is reshaping the GM landscape. Participants will dive into the current capabilities and future potential of AI, exploring how these tools can enhance workflows, support decision-making, and unlock new strategic opportunities for mobility teams.
The second part of the workshop centers on Strategic Mobility Innovation, guiding participants to connect emerging technologies with their existing structures and ambitions. By linking what is possible with what is needed, professionals will uncover practical ways to bring innovation into their own contexts without losing the human touch.
Finally, through a series of interactive exercises and collaborative discussions, attendees will create their own AI-Ready GM Playbook, a personalized set of insights, tools, and next steps tailored to their role and organization. This ensures everyone leaves not only inspired but equipped to drive smarter, more adaptive mobility strategies from day one.
A few words from co-organizer Michael Dickmann
Strategic Alignment and Personal Growth
Artificial Intelligence is no longer a distant future, it is already transforming the way we live and work. And while many areas of business have started to embrace AI, Global Mobility is still lagging behind. Too often, we see it referenced only in passing or used in ways that barely scratch the surface. There is excitement, yes — but also hesitation, confusion, and a lack of clarity about where AI truly fits in. That needs to change.
If we want Global Mobility to remain relevant and strategic, we must engage with AI in a much more meaningful way. This means we need to stop chasing the latest buzzword and start understanding the tools that will shape the future of our work. Without that understanding, we risk falling behind, making decisions based on outdated models while the world moves on around us.
That’s why this workshop matters. It offers a space to cut through the noise and get hands-on with the technologies and approaches that are already starting to shape mobility. It’s about building confidence, not just competence and making sure we are not just responding to change, but ready to lead it.

The Venue
In the heart of Herzogenaurach, Bierfabrik Hoehn offers a unique blend of tradition and modernity, making it the ideal location for our workshop. This microbrewery and event space is known for its vibrant atmosphere, combining the art of craft brewing with a creative environment that fosters innovation and collaboration. It’s a place that invites conversation, sparks ideas, and feels just different enough to help you think in new ways.
We hosted a workshop here in early 2025 and we knew immediately we would be back. The energy, the setting, and the feedback from participants made it clear that something special happens in this space. That’s why we’re returning to Bierfabrik Hoehn for another workshop: to build on that momentum and create another memorable, high-impact experience.
Herzogenaurach itself has a rich history in global business and is home to companies like adidas, PUMA, and Schaeffler, adding to the dynamic and inspiring atmosphere. It’s also easy to reach, with strong transport links and close proximity to Nuremberg International Airport (NUE).
Between engaging sessions, practical exercises, and guided beer tastings, the venue strikes the perfect balance between professional and personal. Just the way we like it.

What our participants say about the last workshop in Herzogenaurach
Taking time out of a busy schedule is so important and the Workshop was the right place to set personal goals for this year. My favourite activity was using PlaymobilPro and I strongly recommend trying this method if you haven’t done yet. Thank you all for this wonderful event. I am very much looking forward to the next Workshop.
The workshop “Charting the Future of Global Mobility” in January 2025 was truly a great event in an inspiring location with many fellow GM colleagues. Highly recommended!
